delivery of city services, investments, and policies that improve quality of life for residents.

Conduct a city-wide Human Impact Assessment to identify inequities in quality of life and public health
outcomes and the underlying drivers of those inequities. Include information about the following topics as
applicable. Identify priority neighborhoods with the highest cumulative needs and priority populations
experiencing disproportionate impacts.
1. Land Use and Population Profile:
a. Demographics: race and ethnicity, gender, age, population density, income, employment
rate, education levels, household types, unhoused and housed population, health status, and
crime rates
b. Local Development Patterns: land use development, zoning and development history, and
relevant local or regional sustainability goals/commitments
2. Distribution of Services:
a. Utility Services and Infrastructure:
o Drinking water supply and sanitary wastewater services
o Grid or on-site renewable electricity sources
o Municipal or contracted solid waste services
b. Healthcare and Social Infrastructure: hospitals/health services, parks, libraries,
recreation centers, schools, childcare centers, fire stations, police stations, internet
(broadband) connectivity, and supermarket/grocery stores with a produce section
