Comply with any combination of the following options for a maximum of 2 points.
Option 1. Comprehensive Housing Policies and Programs (1 point)
Adopt city-wide comprehensive housing policies and programs that address four of the elements from the
list below:
a. Land policies ensuring transparency, fairness, and equitable balance toward achieving housing
for all.
b. Policies to assess and address the risk of displacement for new projects.
c. Programs, including retrofit programs, supporting or incentivizing safe and healthy housing
standards for both rental and owner-occupied units aligning with applicable codes and standards.
d. Programs to incentivize or subsidize affordable housing in transit-served areas and/or identified
Compact and Complete Centers in IPp2: Human Impact Assessment .
e. Programs or policies that incentivize higher density (16 DU per acre) within ¼ mile (400 meters)
of walking distance to public transit stations.
