Demonstrate that any four social infrastructure assets or services identified under the topic

Healthcare and Social Infrastructure in IPp2: Human Impact Assessment are as accessible to two

or more priority neighborhoods as they are to the city as a whole.

PATH 2. COMMUNITY VENUE (1 POINT)

Demonstrate that at least 80% of residents live within a one-mile (1,600-meter) radius of a

community venue, such as a park, library, community center, convention center, or theater, that

offers free services and/or events and is publicly accessible.
