Comply with any combination of the following options for a maximum of 2 points.

Option 1. Early Learning Proficiency (2 points)

Meet the following requirements:

a. Demonstrate that at least 85% of third-grade public school students meet minimum

proficiency scores in mathematics or reading.

b. Demonstrate that the corresponding score in any two priority neighborhoods identified in

IPp2: Human Impact Assessment is within five percentage points of the city-wide third-grade

public school proficiency score for the same subject.

Provide data for a year that is within the last five years.

AND/OR

Option 2. High School Education (2 points)

Meet the following requirements:

a. Demonstrate achievement of a 90% average four-year adjusted cohort high school

graduation rate for all students in all schools.
