and safety of all transit users.

Comply with any combination of the following options for a maximum of 2 points.

Option 1. Transit Efficiency (2 points)

Demonstrate at least 60% of the population resides within a ½-mile (800-meter) radius of high-frequency

transit or a ¼-mile (400-meter) radius of transit stops.

AND

Demonstrate a 5% improvement in the public transport services for one of the following metrics from a

user-defined baseline year. The selected baseline year must fall within the last five years:

a. Annual ridership per capita

b. Number of lines/routes

c. Miles of network length per million population
