demarcate and reserve these spaces for sole use by plug-in EVs.
OR
Option 2. EV-Charging Facilities (2 points)
Demonstrate at least 20% increase in the total number of public and privately owned EV-charging
stations from a user-defined baseline year. The selected baseline year must fall within the last five years.
AND
All EVSE must meet the following requirements:
a. Provide a Level 2 charging capacity (208–240 volts) or greater
b. Comply with the relevant regional or local standard for electrical connectors, such as SAE J1772
(Surface Vehicle Recommended Practice) : Electric Vehicle Conductive Charge Coupler or IEC
62196 of the International Electrotechnical Commission for cities outside the U.S.
