Option 1. Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Policy (1 point)
Establish a city-wide TDM policy designating a transportation management coordinator and requiring
major employers to participate in city-wide TDM efforts, either through a transportation management
association or a city-managed program.
AND
Adopt three of the following TDM strategies to reduce single-occupant vehicle trips available for TMA
members:
a. Commuter financial incentives (parking cashout and transit allowance)
