e. Municipal fleet buses and city’s light-duty vehicles fleet shall include all vehicles that are city

owned, city operated, or contracted by municipal agencies to deliver public transport or municipal

services.

Option 2. Access to Bicycle Facilities (2 points)

Provide short-term bicycle storage within 600 feet (180 meters) and long-term bicycle storage and shower

facilities within 300 feet (90 meters) of walking distance from any functional entry for 75% of all city occupied buildings per Table 1.

Long-term bicycle parking and shower facilities shall not be required where the total building floor area is

less than 2,500 square feet or 232 square meters and has less than 100 regular building occupants.

Shared micromobility storage, bicycle-sharing stations, and/or publicly available bicycle parking can be

counted for up to 50% of the required short-term and long-term storage space if it meets the maximum

Option 3. Transportation Resilience (1 point)

Develop a city-wide transportation resilience plan by meeting the following requirements:

a. Vulnerable Assets: Determine the vulnerability of the transportation infrastructure to any two

prioritized risks identified in IPp4: Resilience Assessment .

b. Dynamic Traffic Management: Integrate intelligent transportation systems and big data analysis to

monitor, predict, and respond to disruptions.
