Demonstrate that one water-related prioritized risk as identified under IPp4: Resilience Assessment has

been significantly mitigated through investment in resilient infrastructure constructed within the last 10

years. The infrastructure must be designed to address forecasted climate impacts for 10 years beyond

the date of project completion.
