Option 1. Green Stormwater Infrastructure (1–2 points)
PATH 1. PERFORMANCE PATHWAY (2 POINTS)
Demonstrate that 40% of the city’s land area consists of pervious surfaces and/or surfaces
managed through green stormwater infrastructure. Provide data for a year that is within the last
five years.
To be eligible, impervious surfaces treated with green stormwater infrastructure must manage the
first inch of rainfall and have a maintenance plan in place to ensure ongoing effectiveness.

PATH 2. PRESCRIPTIVE PATHWAY (1–2 POINTS)
Demonstrate that all public and private development and redevelopment projects are required to
comply with stormwater design standards that incorporate green stormwater infrastructure to
