Option 1. Street Lighting (1 point)

Ensure 75% of streetlights meet or exceed a luminous efficacy of 100 lumens per watt .

AND/OR

Option 2. Water and Wastewater System (1–3 points)

PATH 1. ENERGY AND CARBON DISCLOSURE (1 POINT)

Track, benchmark, and report the energy consumption and carbon emissions of water and

wastewater systems within the city at intervals of at least one month. Report data by energy

source for the most recent reporting year.

Include energy consumption and carbon emissions associated with the systems’ operation

(collection, treatment, and distribution/disposal), with optional reporting of methane leaks and
