materials for the top three languages based on population profile).

Identify three commercial generators, such as farmers’ markets, restaurants, universities, and/or

hotels, and meet the following requirements:

a. Collaborate with nonprofit organizations and commercial partners to provide targeted

support through education/training.

b. Implement one organics recovery pilot with all three participating generators.

c. Document the selection method, support provided, and pilot outcomes.
