a. Material drop-off services for reusable building materials and other household items

b. Material pickup/collection services for reusable building materials and other household items

c. Lending/borrowing facilities for household tools and equipment

d. Storefront (physical/online) for individuals and businesses to acquire salvaged building

materials

e. Deconstruction support, such as providing salvage assessments or manual disassembly of

existing structures

f. Repairing, refurbishing, and/or remanufacturing of reusable building materials or household

items

AND

Demonstrate financial and/or in-kind support, such as dedicated budget allocation and/or partner

collaborations, to operate the reuse center(s) for next three years.
