Option 2. Asset Inventory Program (1 point)

Establish and maintain a digital inventory of all surplus city-owned furniture, demountable partitions, and

other reusable assets. Meet the following requirements:

a. Include data on make, model, date of purchase, condition, and current location for each item.

b. Ensure periodic updates to reflect the availability of assets.

c. Generate annual reports on the program’s performance, including the number/quantity of items

repurposed (reassigned, donated, or sold), estimated cost savings/avoidance, and waste

reduction impacts.

Option 3. Waste Systems Resilience (1 point)

Ensure resilience in waste management systems by meeting the following requirements:

a. Identify the vulnerability of waste infrastructure to the prioritized risks identified in IPp4: Resilience

Assessment .

b. Develop contingency plans to ensure waste pickup and collection during disaster situations.

c. Demonstrate diversification in waste-processing methods and facility locations to ensure minimal

disruption.

d. Develop emergency waste management protocols referring to IPp4: Resilience Assessment .
