Pilot Credits

Achieve a pilot credit from USGBC’s Project Priority Library.

Innovative Strategies

Achieve significant, measurable social, economic, or environmental performance using a strategy not

addressed in the LEED v5 Cities rating system.

Identify all the following:

• Intent of the proposed innovation strategy

• Proposed requirements for compliance

• Proposed submittals to demonstrate compliance

• The design approach or strategies used to meet the requirements

LEED Credentials

At least one principal participant of the team must be a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) with a

specialty and must have achieved the LEED for Cities and Communities Pro Badge.
