Refrigerant leakage tracking Track refrigerant leakage for a minimum of three months for initial LEED v5 O+M: Existing Building certifications and at least the 12-month reporting period for recertifications or projects pursuing EAc3: Enhanced Refrigerant Management Performance . Tracking must commence no later than the visual leakage inspection for initial certifications. Include the weight of refrigerant added during recharge, the type of refrigerant, and the date and time of recharge.
